2Kajuji Temple
The mountain base of Yamashinaha Shingon Buddhism school. Kajuji Temple is built by Emperor Daigo in year 900 to mourn his biological mother Fujiwara no Inshi. It's founded by Buddhist Shoshun Ritsushi. It was burnt in a war in 1470 later reconstructed by shogun Tokugawa and the imperial family. It prides itself as the imperial lineage of imperial monks in generations. The Shinden Hall and the Shoin (important cultural property) was relocated from the palace of Empress Meisho. 3Zuishinin Temple

4Daigoji Temple
