• Note that the concierge may not be able to answer the phone during contact hours (see each list for details). If you want the concierge to call you back, please clearly state your name and contact number on the answer-phone service.
• Inquiry time depends somewhat on the details of the inquiry, but please try to keep calls to about five minutes.
• In some cases answers may not be possible if inquiries other than those that are the specialty of the concierge concerned are asked.
• If an on-the-spot answer is not possible, the concierge may ask to call you back with the relevant information.

This concierge provides a taxi service for the elderly and disabled people, and is able to offer information related to barrier free sightseeing as well as being courteous and friendly.

This concierge is a representative of the taxi tourism association, and is able to give advice on tourist spots, key points, moving around, locations, visiting places by wheelchair, required times, universal toilet availability and obstacles (steps, etc.) for sightseeing in Kyoto.

The term "consultation" here is limited in general to spoken advice/information as necessary assistance to a tourist who is creating a plan for barrier free sightseeing in Kyoto.
Specific services, such as arranging accommodation, restaurants, taxi transport, tour plans and care service, are not part of the concierge system. However, if the tourist and the concierge in question make an agreement where such services are provided as charged services, then such services may be possible.
